This story expresses the love of the Korean heroine Chunhyang who endures immeasurable suffering and overcomes the advances of a corrupt local official and to keep her fidelity towards her fiancé. The Little Angels portray the exciting time of Chunhyang’s reunion with her fiancé in a puppet-style dance.
